Obituary for Cledith "Cledie" Fultz

Mr. Cledith “Cledie” Fultz, age 77, of Olive Hill, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday evening, December 19, 2017, at St. Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead, Kentucky.

He was born December 7, 1940, in Rowan County, Kentucky, a son of the late Coy and Ollie Bailey Fultz.

Cledith attended the Upper Tygart Freewill Baptist Church and he enjoyed sitting on the porch, working on lawn mowers, mowing, fishing, and talking to his friends.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one daughter, Angie Fultz; one brother and sister-in-law, Roger and Barb Fultz; and two sisters and brothers-in-law, Dorothy and Addie Click and Aleeta and Oscar Click.

Cledith is survived by his wife of 44 years, Shirley Howard Fultz; two daughters, Ronnica and Jim Mabry of Morehead, Kentucky, and Vickie and John Nusbaum of Ontario, Ohio; one brother and sister-in-law, Cecil Ray and Shirley Fultz of Butler, Ohio; one sister and brother-in-law, Barbara and Harmon “Pop” Bradley of Olive Hill, Kentucky; two special friends, Danny and Debbie Waddell of Olive Hill, Kentucky; and three girls that were very special in his life, Bralynn Oldham, Carrie Chambless, and Bella Adams. He also leaves many other family members and friends who will sadly miss him.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, December 23, 2017, at Globe Funeral Chapel in Olive Hill, Kentucky, with Brother Eugene Rayburn and Brother Steven Keyes officiating. Burial will follow in the Bradley Cemetery on Dry Branch Road in Olive Hill, Kentucky.

Friends may visit from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday, December 22, 2017, and after 9 a.m. on Saturday at Globe Funeral Chapel, 17277 West Highway US 60, Olive Hill, Kentucky 41164.

Charles Black, Jacob Waddell, James Oldham, Rick Rayburn, Fred Rayburn, and Tim Bradley will serve as pallbearers. Danny Waddell, Eddie Goodan, Jody Bradley, Harmon “Pop” Bradley, Larry W. Harris, and Kevin Rayburn will serve as honorary pallbearers.
